Ingredients

  • lamb
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • a pinch of basil
  • a pinch of balm (melissa)
  • 4 juniper berries
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 sprigs parsley

Preparation

1 Rub the meat with salt, pepper, and other seasoning.
2 Oil the baking dish and place the meat onto it.
3 Line the meat with shallot, carrots, bay leaves, and parsley.
